Title Services

If you are buying a home, chances are that you will be required to obtain title insurance. In Pennsylvania, buyers can choose their own title insurance company so it is important to work with a reputable title company that will protect their clients’ interests.

My firm offers title searches, title examinations, title insurance policies, escrow services, and closing services through Penn Attorneys, a division of First American Title Guaranty Company.

You can reach out to me so that I can provide you with an estimate of title fees. I can assist you from the agreement of sale through the closing day and beyond.

Notary Services

Notary services may be required for a variety of legal documents, including contracts, deeds, affidavits, and estate planning documents. I am a notary in Pennsylvania.
